Oxalis Triangularis

A beautiful pot plant of the wood sorrel family. It thrives in partial sunlight or even in a shady recess which gets the glare from daylight. The leaves resemble flowers or butterflies and the tiny rose blooms are a sheer delight. Propagation is through detaching and transferring the bulbils/ rhizomes to small pots filled with well drained, moist potting mix. Water once daily, preferably in the mornings. Does anyone remember the wild green ones, the leaves we used to pluck and eat as children, enjoying their sour taste?
