Feet mine anchored
In earth, in darkness deep,
Where a million
Creepy crawlies doth dwell
Friendly worm, soil roach,
Nematodes horrid, vicious rats
My arms spread out
To embrace the sun
The caressing breeze,
The kissing rain
Songs of the birds
Perching on my fingers
Blossoms of joy
Rise forth from my being
Transform to flowers,
A thousand smiles
To enchant your heart!
